This five storey building is situated in stepped terrain, in built-up area of Visnova Street in Bratislava – town district Kramare, ca 4 – 5 km from downtown. The central entrance is situated in the south side in ground floor. There are 14 parking places in front of the entrance on the ground plot leased by the municipality. There are complemental entrances in the west side on the

1. Floor and in the east side on the 2. Floor. This space structuring enables to divide the building into more independent sections. The building is connected to all infrastructure distribution lines (water, sewage, low voltage, gas, telephone) and was totally reconstructed in 1998/99.

The five storey building is stepped off by flat roofs. There is the automatic heating plant on the 4. Floor. Vertical approach is enabled besides the staircase also by the lift (Schindler, loading capacity 320 kg). Windows are plastic with heat-insulating double-glass. Several rooms on the south side have air condition.

The facade is constructed with heat-insulating system (BEK-60 mm). Headliners in the rooms are from plaster board (system Tematex). Besides the offices there are store rooms and lavatories on the each floor (see appendices) The space of the building is leased to 09/2014.
